REFUND POLICY

Any and all returns must be requested and authorized within 7 days of receipt of order.

Before returning the product, contact us via email [email protected], and send us pictures of the product and packaging with the email so that we can confirm the product status.

All returns must be in the original packaging and in sellable condition to be considered for a return.

We will NOT accept any returns for merchandise that is damaged during the installation process.

If the product is defective, contact us via email [email protected], and send us pictures of the product with the email so that we can confirm the product status.After we confirm the product problem, we provide free return and exchange service, and we pay for the return and exchange logistics cost.

Any return that is requested for reasons other then an error on our part will be charged freight both ways and YOU are responsible

After delivery of returned packages, the product is inspected , and ok'd by our returns department, Then refund will be returned from the original payment channel, which takes about 3 working days.

Defects must be reported with in 10 days and we will make arrangements for replacement product and return of defective product.
